HOSPITAL GOVERNANCE


HRMC is governed by a seven-member board of directors (the Board). Members of the Board serve for a three year term and may serve successive terms. The Board meets monthly and meet as needed for assigned committees to conduct business.

Board members are nominated by the Nominating committee. Members of the Board must be representative of the population served. If a nomination is approved by the Board, he or she is elected to serve on a voluntary basis and is not compensated for services as a Board member.
