Payroll ResponsibilitiesThe Accounting Department at HRMC is responsible for bi-weekly payroll of over 200 employees. This involves the maintenance of a time and attendance system, and the preparation and disbursement of payroll via direct deposit. General Accounting ResponsibilitiesThe Accounting team administers departmental financial budgets monthly. Accounting also oversees payments to hundreds of vendors and suppliers, quarterly withholding reports to the federal and state governments, quarterly sales tax reports and processing daily invoices and claim vouchers.
